Gréta Pipicz

licensed psychologist

My name is Gréta Pipicz, I am a licensed psychologist. I completed my studies at the University of Szeged and joined the team of the Soulness Psychological Center in 2025.

Professional Experience

As a psychologist, I have gained experience working both in educational institutions and counseling centers, supporting young people and adults in diverse life situations. At the University of Szeged, I teach medical psychology to medical and dental students in both Hungarian and English, and I also provide life management counseling for university students.

In my work, I place great emphasis on developing self-awareness, mobilizing inner resources, and creating an accepting, safe environment. My professional toolkit highlights the use of projective techniques: I frequently apply OH cards, drawing-based tasks, and associative exercises to facilitate a deeper understanding of inner processes.

In addition, I have been trained in the Grief Recovery Method®, which provides a structured and safe framework for working through different types of losses—whether related to death, relationship breakups, or life transitions. Based on my experience, this method often brings genuine relief and a sense of support to people during difficult times.

Approach

As a psychologist, I believe that everyone may need, from time to time, a space where there is no need to perform, where difficulties do not have to be carried alone. A relationship where one receives attention, understanding, and guidance without judgment.

In our joint work, I strive to create an accepting and safe atmosphere, where it is possible to speak honestly about pain, questions, desires, and goals. I appreciate methods that go beyond words, which is why I often use projective tools in my sessions, such as OH cards, associative images, or drawing elements. These help access deeper, often unconscious contents and allow for safe engagement with feelings and inner images.

Instead of ready-made answers, I offer accompaniment, reflection, and supportive anchors. I believe that psychological balance does not mean the absence of problems but rather the ability to connect with ourselves and others, and to find direction even in challenging times.

In my private practice, I welcome young adults and adults who wish to get closer to themselves, understand their inner processes, and find new directions in life—whether they are facing losses, changes, or simply searching for inner balance.
