Psychologist
My name is Gabriella Molnár, and I am a psychologist. I completed my studies at the University of Szeged and started working at Soulness Psychological Center in 2024.
Professional experience
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to gain experience in both individual counseling and group settings. I have volunteered for foundations and mentoring programs, and during my internship, I worked in public educational institutions, which gave me a broad overview of the variety of psychological difficulties faced by people of different ages and backgrounds. Currently, in addition to providing individual counseling to young adults and adults in my private practice, I also work in two elementary schools as a school psychologist, which allows me to further diversify my professional experience.

Approach
During my psychological practice, I use a variety of creative tools, such as OH-cards, and I consider it important to apply a personalized and holistic approach with clients. I believe that psychological well- being is not only the absence of problems, but the realization of a more complete, conscious and value-based life.
In my counseling sessions, I focus on creating an atmosphere of trust where clients can safely and freely express their thoughts and emotions, which is facilitated by unconditional acceptance and empathy. I consider it essential for there to be harmony between the client and the psychologist during our sessions, because I believe that real and deep psychological development can only be achieved through the experience of connection. My goal is to help my clients become their own best supporters by developing greater self-awareness and enhancing their problem-solving skills.
